Two ways to connect

Video appointments

Face-to-face, through Jane

We use Jane’s encrypted video platform for virtual visits. Seeing one another helps preserve non-verbal communication, and video is our preferred virtual option.

Jane does not record or store the video call.

Telephone appointments

A conversation by phone

If you choose a telephone session, your therapist will call you at the appointment time.

If a video session cannot be completed because of technical issues, it can be continued by telephone.

Virtual appointments are not the right fit for everyone. If you are uncomfortable with video or do not have the technology you need, contact us to discuss your options, including in-person appointments in Barrie.
