- Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals #5476
- Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree in Psychology and Political Science, University of Western Ontario 2011.
- Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology, Yorkville University 2017.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with experience working with children, adults, families, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My approach to therapy is holistic and personalized, recognizing that emotional well-being is shaped by both our internal experiences and the relationships and environments around us.
I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma and post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, and relationship concerns. I also work with couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding. Together we explore the patterns that develop in relationships and the underlying emotional needs that often drive them. I also provide supervision to clinicians who are new to the field and/or seeking clinical supervision in their work.
My post-graduate training, thus far, has focused mainly on Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My therapeutic work also incorporates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, grief therapy, and art therapy. When working with couples, I draw on evidence-based approaches that consider human developmental factors, attachment and current relational patterns. I am also knowledgeable in infant and early mental health.
I believe that healing happens within safe and trusting relationships. My goal is to support you in working toward your therapeutic goals with compassion and care.
