Anxiety & emotional well-being
A space to work through worry, stress, low mood and the emotions that feel difficult to carry.
Support for what you are experiencing
You may feel caught in recurring worries, overwhelmed by daily demands, or disconnected from the things that usually matter to you. Therapy offers time to explore what you are experiencing and work toward changes that fit your life.
What brings you here
Anxiety, stress and worry; low mood and motivation; grief and loss; self-esteem and body image; or difficulty managing intense emotions. You do not need to know exactly how to describe your concerns before reaching out.
What therapy can focus on
Making sense of emotional patterns, exploring the situations and relationships that affect you, and developing ways to respond to difficult feelings. The approach can be discussed in relation to the concerns you bring.
Support that fits your concerns
Support is available for a range of emotional concerns, including the emotional impact of chronic health conditions, specifically Type 1 diabetes. You can contact the practice to ask about support for your particular concerns.
Make room for what you are feeling
You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis or a clear explanation of what is wrong. There is room to talk about the worries, losses, pressures or changes that are affecting you.
Understand recurring patterns
Explore the thoughts, emotions and situations that tend to leave you feeling stuck, and what you would like to be different in everyday life.
Work toward meaningful change
Focus on goals that matter to you, whether that means responding differently to worry, making space for grief, strengthening self-worth or navigating a difficult transition.
