I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through complex and meaningful life transitions. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work and I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

My clinical background spans therapeutic homes, the court system, school-based social work, and private practice. These diverse experiences have helped shape my deep appreciation for the emotional, relational, and systemic challenges individuals and families navigate daily. My work is grounded in attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches, with a strong commitment to culturally responsive and human-rights–informed care.

I offer a collaborative, evidence informed, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space, as I believe that these factors are necessary for healing. I am particularly passionate about supporting parents and caregivers in strengthening their confidence and relationships with their children. I also have a special interest in working with individuals and families navigating fertility journeys and related medical interventions.

Outside of my clinical work, I am a mother of two and I enjoy spending time in nature, caring for my many plants, and unwinding with a good book and tea.
